Just saw one at 2000 dollars lol.

What? Are you sure those were dollars?

Pretty sure. And I mean, there are offers at 750 dollars that are selling.I guess some random guy thought it would eventually sell it.Now if it will sell its another story.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

The thing sold like crazy. I really want to see the actual numbers, I'm surprised. This could be a win for Nintendo.

I imagine you are vastly overestimating how many of these Nintendo produced. This is a side thing to keep people invested in Nintendo until the Switch launches; it isn't meant to be an amazing money maker. As it stands, the NES Classic is the type of thing a person will play for a week and then probably shove in a closet, reserving it for the most uncertain of boring days.

Oh, yeah, obviously. I didn't get deep into it, and of course is nothing compares to a new brand console, or a strong first party game. Still, it's a win for them since they are selling pretty good. That's always a win.

It happened with me and the Majora's mask figurine special. Oh how I wish I could have gotten one... Please, let me give you my money, Nintendo T_T

I've been waiting for that and the new 3ds majora's mask since they released... it looks like they've hit their floor on ebay, which is too expensive to justify buying imo

Sucks as I really wanted a new 3ds xl but buying some other version would just feel like a disappointment.

Yeah, I felt the same. I had to give up on it and move on, as there was no way I would fork over so much money just for the figurine. It'll just be the thing that got away. There are still other new 3DS XLs that may be worth picking up... : (

Always a win for Nintendo. I just am always surprised Nintendo never makes enough.

We have an Amiibo situation here. Again xD.

I SHOULD have mine by now, I pre-ordered over Amazon. According to them Nintendo has not delivered enough stock for them to deliver on pre-orders.
In my expierience Amazon usually doesn't sell you Producs it hasn't actually ordered, so Nintendo must have screwed up.

I don't think I know any company that understocks as notoriously as Nintendo.

Nintendo don't seem to have much of a reputation nowadays for cutting edge gaming hardware but they certainly as a brand have retro charm ideal for selling collectable items. I seem to have a million devices that will emulate NES games perfectly with no restriction on game titles. Yes its piracy but still its rare I'd want to play a NES game nowadays.

According to my eBay account the nes classic edition is currently the #1 trending item on ebay, with 256,500 views and 137,000 clicks. Second and third place are CoD: Infinite Warfare and the Mermaid Blanket with only around 26,000 and 22,000 views.

Nintendo is going to have to release a heck of a lot more of these if they expect it to be an available Christmas item a few weeks from now.

Well, at least according to my amazon account the next shipment is on december 7th.

Especially at 60$ this is pretty much the ideal thing to pick up and give someone as a retro/nostalgia/joke gift, but they wont be in stock for November, it seems.
