Appearently, I wasn't the only person who was having this issue, other players are experenting similar issues compare to mine where their force to hard reset. One even mention that he can't play the game anymore on PC. ....I'm starting to get the impression that Blizzard just took my money because its a massive chore to get in contact with them. The HELL Blizzard!!!

I would click on the launch button and the screen goes black (expecting the game to begin) then it just stay black and to make it worst, I can't exit out of it which forces me to do an emergency shutdown. Is this happening to you guys? I try re-installing it and that haven't help at all. Please Help!!

My PC is more then capable of playing Overwatch, I played it on it before. Why now, and Sombra is on her way. WTF!!

deactivate your antivirus and firewall then try to launch the game from the exe not the shortcut

Don't hold the power button on your PC if a program has given you a black screen, the Video commands of Alt+enter should still resize the window and allow you to close it, or you should be able to Windows Key+D to return to desktop or Ctrl+Shift+Esc to bring up task manager and end it, if Alt and F4 do not work to end it that way.
