Forums - Sony - Uncharted 4 PS4 vs PS4 Pro Screenshot comparison in 1080p

It's easily improved. How can people not see this? Textures are more defined and the lighting is standing out a bit more because of it. Think I'm going to end up getting a pro next year. Really can't afford it right now but I'm looking forward to it.

Is this how the difference will look at 1080p on the PS4 Pro, or if you're playing on a 4K screen?

This is between PS4 normal + PS4 pro, if you "only" have a 1080p tv (not a 4k one).

Even without 4k, you get better looking games, if you have a PS4pro.

But for some weird reason the differnce in Uncharted 4, is really small..... its much bigger in Titanfall 2.. the thread is here:

In any case, I have Uncharted 4, I have an UHD TV, and I'm getting a Pro. I'll be experiencing this first hand, for better or worse. It's going to be a breathtaking game even if the improvement isn't huge.

The PS4 Pro 1080p image with supersampling is definitely sharper than the regular PS4 version.

As a 1080p monitor owner only, I like the way this works.

This.

These are zoomed in pictures. While playing the games from a normal distance to the TV, you will be hard pressed to see a difference.

Errr people are crazy?

Both pictures were taken on 1080p, so there is no upgrade in resolution, just downsampling and still we see improvements.

there is only so much you can do when you are already 1080p and won't reddo other aspects of the game to see more improvements in 1080p.
