I'm genuinely asking I paid for mine already but I thought the games are scaled and the virtual reality has the same image quality of the ps4.

Depends on the game, most will be scaled but theres a few that are native 4k, Skyrim for example runs at native 4k. 

VR games can use super sampling on ps4 pro for a better quality image.
