Its stable. Its just a undercurrent of racism from the caucasian people. And only certain caucasian people. Its been there forever, but Trump found a way to stir that pot and its bubbling to the surface now. After one of these guys does something absolutely horriffic like the OKC building then there will finally be enough backlash that all this goes to a undercurrent again.
