3 weeks of tracking will be laid useless when BF fires up.

I´ve always said a company shouldn´t lose a Hollydays launch window, but things are a little weird this year with the lackluster Pro sales so far.

May be March would have been a better strategic decisiion, since people are still interested in the current gen hardware and the deals are realy good.

I feel come the end of Nov, you're going to be eating those words.

OK, how much do you think it would have to sell for that?

For black friday :

Not bad i guess.

More interesting than 400 $ pro for me.

Some stores have better options available. Though every store has the Uncharted 4 Slim for $249, Walmart throws in a $30 gift card, Kohl's gives you $75 in Kohl's cash and one retailer gives you a free controller (sorry, can't remember what retailer exactly :) ). The best deal, in my opinion, is Best Buy, where you get Uncharted 4, Ratchet & Clank and the Last of Us Remastered for $249. Gamestop has a similar deal, but you only get to choose one game between Ratchet and the Last of Us (they all come with Uncharted).

But yeah, Sony should really release a COD bundle or FFXV bundle for December.

I guess that depends on what you consider lackluster.  What I do know is that you keep repeating it, yet I don't think you know what it means.  Sounds like you only expect it to sell 100K-200K for the whole of Nov WW.  It's probably sold 500K-750K WW in its first week.  I wouldn't call that lackluster by any stretch of the imagination.  And currently on quite a few online sites, Pro is the #1 home console in the Best Sellers lists.  Amazon, Gamestop, and Best Buy.  On Target, it's only 2nd to the OG PS4 UC4 Bundle.  Walmart seems to be the only site where its not exactly ripping up the charts, but its still not bad at #42.  Either way, it's just going to keep growing that gap wider and wider.

I wonder if Amazon is going to price match Target's offer of 10% off electronics tomorrow. That means the slim and S might be $269, while the Pro would be $360 and the 3DS would be $179. Could lead to a boost in sales for each.

How much did PS4 sold first month in NA back in 2013?

I was expecting the Pro to sell at least half, now I belive 25-30%.

And may be no significant yoy increase, 15%-20%.

I would call that lackluster.

I'm sorry, but is the PS4 Pro the PS5 all of a sudden?  Or is it a mid-gen upgrade that is not necessary?  And a 15%-20% increase on last years Q4 shipments of 8.4M consoles would be great.  That alone would put the PS4 at 57M-57.5M at the end of Dec.  Sony and shareholders would be VERY happy.  Interesting how that is your pessimistic estimate.

Also, I'm sure you are going to hold the Scorpio to those same standards?  And not be in threads making excuses for its "lackluster sales?"

Looks like you've got lofty expectations. Did anybody expect the PS Pro to sell 600k, half of PS4 launch month, first month in the US alone? If people did then they expect way to much.

It looks like it'll sell 500k launch week WW and that's impressive. Meanwhile the PS4 base is still selling pretty well along side it.

Personally I think anybody who are disappointed by these numbers have themselves to blame for expecting way too much.
