Guardian Heroes and Blast Wind immediately jump to mind. I bought them in an ebay auction for $150 along with the system, and 168 other games, one steering wheel, four controllers, and two arcade sticks. The guy was freaking awesome. He wanted $150 cash and a Neo Geo Pocket Color system (twenty dollar clearence at Wal- Mart at the time).

He gave me lots of rare Saturn import games but those were the rarest. I also own some Virtual Boy games that are rare.

Does Abadox for the NES counts as rare ?
it's a cult game but i don't know if it's rare

Mario All Stars (Snes) - not sure if this is considered "rare" but I still have it
Final Fantasy VII (Ps1) - original
Vagrant Story (Ps1) - original and GREAT game
Final Fantasy Tactics (Ps1) - original sadly I lost the case but still have the instructions
Resident Evil (Ps1) - the original LONG BOX version
