Forums - Sony - Just got a PSVR!!! AND scared myself to death on it 😱 first impressions.

Well it was 399 Euros for vr and 60 euros for camera and 15.99 euros for game so that would off been 475 euros but I can claim Tax back on anything over 50 euros so I payed 405 Euros I think. I get all my consoles fairly cheap due to saving roughly 20% on every item.

After playing the Resident evil teaser I thought I had died. If resi 7 has any scenes like that it's gonna be terrifying not VR.

PSVR is so amazing that it caused me to preorder a Pro--which caused me to buy a Sony 4k TV. Sony nailed this one.

Have you tried the vr world game where it's a 3d platformer where you are the camera. It's well cool that's definitely the future for Mario.

Batman's on my radar is it any good? Until dawn is pretty fun. I'm really waiting for Paranormal activity and resi 7 😀

It's not in VR worlds btw, it's robot rescue in Playroom VR (seperate free dowload). The other games in there are all asynchronous multiplayer making use of the second screen capability. Up to 4 players on TV see a different screen than the headset player. Robot rescue is still the best and you can play co-op with one other player on TV (needed to reach some robots)

I'm also very excited for the ps5 gen in 4/5 years time. it will be an affordable but very powerful 4k gaming device.  4k TV'S will be very advanced and cheap.  VR will be far more advanced and much cheaper too.  Gaming has a bright future.
