Forums - Gaming - Wall Street Journal Has Heard One Developer Is Moving PS4 Titles To Nintendo Switch

This is very... clickbaity. More on the WS reporter than the site, but still...

Don't give me wrong, it's good devs are interested on the Switch, but we lack so much info here: who is he talking about, what is the game in question, is it a big game or an indie, are they pushing the Switch as its main platform or just porting it...

Plus, asuming the Switch will be PS4-like in power just because an indie can play on it would be the same than saying the SNES has the same power than my PC because both can play Doom.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Could be indie games or anything we don't know... so much speculation about nothing... and the bold claim that because it switched platforms the console should be ps4 performance level...

This sounds like a Kotaku clickbait "article"

And this one is a lot more fun, I don't understand why they didn't put a more "clickbaity" title.

I've got a good one.

"Nintendo copies a chinese design for their new console".

Yay! I'm a videogame journalist now.

Well, hopefully it's good game!

Even when power and graphics doesn't matter at all. But damn sure Zelda is the best looking game ever made.

The recent rumors going around is the Switch is 50% more powerful than an Xbox One running code at 16 floats. So the switch is going to be quite powerful for its size. The bad...it's also rumored to have a maximum battery life of 3 hours while detached. I guess this is why Nintendo said it's first and foremost a console.

Still not twice as powerfull as PS4 as the other rumour... and not sure the 3h battery life will make it a worse situation than being more of a HH than a console.

Yeah, GameXplain also just covered it as well. I'll link the video and article:

Article1:http://letsplayvideogames.com/2016/10/a-deep-dive-on-lpvgs-nintendo-switch-reports-and-info/

The rumor about Switch being 50% more powerful is only if Switch is based off of Tegra X2 in its custom design. I heard rumblings of it on the comment section in GameXplain's video and this analysis of the Tegra X2:
