I believe Gears 4 comes with codes for the original trilogy. So you could play the first few games then move on to the new title. The Gears trilogy is simply one of the best trilogies ever made - definitely worth your time.

From what Ive seen of the single player, it looks better than Halo's did too. If I had a Xbox One, Id be getting this.

See that's the crazy thing. I bought the Xbox One S, it came with Halo 5 and the MCC and after I buy Gears 4, I'll be sitting on 10 games for the price of 1. I also bought Fallout 4, it came with Fallout 3 as well. And once I put in my old XBL name, it recognized that I had 18 games through BC waiting to download. Xbox One has really brought it with the games.

I played Gears of War 2, it was fun, very cool looking game. Do not expect nothing very deep, it is like a Arnold Schawzeneger 80´s movie.
