No. Any new RPGs they will make has to be from Monolith Soft...with Matsuno tied in.

How bout they could make 2 new rpgs, and one is an Earthbound collection for ds in the U.S we still didn't get 1 and 3, and the other is a Monolith Rpg for wii.

Where did you get the idea that Matsumo is working with Monolith Soft, from where I have read on the articles they said that  Matsumo is just interest on working with the wii but nobody have ever mention that he was working with Monolith Soft to bring a RPG on the wii?
