The developer of Farmin Simulator just confirmed on twitter that their game will support mods.
Im guessing this isn't as exciting as fallout or skyrim, but it does seem Sony doesn't complety want to disallow mods but wants to protect consumers from bad mods. Anyway, tought some might find this reassuring/nice to know.
