I'd think so, yes. It's not just to help promote the Pro though, it gives the game another boost in sales. We should see UC4, TLOUR, Second Light and others appearing high in the Amazon charts because of the Pro.

60fps is very unlikely, steadier frame-rate, better draw distance, better fx, aliasing etc
Those are from a stream (compressed) and then future compressed down into png format right?
I bet the "real" thing on a tv looks much much better than these screenshots.

Going purely by FLOPS it should be able to run it 1080p upscaled to 4k at 60 fps. If they're cramming it full of useless visual enhancers of course that's not possible anymore.
I should probably give up now since developers have shown time and time again that they don't give a shit about stable fps.
