Yes even without the HDR, the resolution bump alone would make getting a Pro version worth it, since you already got the most expensive part (the 4k tv).

True. But i was still curious about this whole thing since they emphasized hdr so much.

It will stream 4k films and content on online services. 

 

It will provide 4K games. 

 

It will provide a better VR experience. 

 

It will provide better effects, more foliage, draw distances etc.

 

It will have USB3.

 

It will provide a more stable framerate.

 

I say get it since its only $100 more.

Yes, because games will still have improved framerate, detail, shadows, AA etc.
