I've only played one other Mafia game. The one TruckOSaurus hosted back in October and in that game Axumblade was a killer and there was also a mafia team.

Who has been hunting for this "Other" member the whole game with cryptic messages about "a short e-mail" Mr P!. The amount of evidence is pretty fucking huge!. So prof as you can see my reasons for calling for Mr.P's lynch and spurges is two fold. He was the first one to comment on two mafia members and Spurge was the first one to take him up on the cryptic messeges since if Spurge is the other member "Thats if we have two!" he would of got the same message. So taking all this into account how can you not like what i said or think of it as setting up events?. Fact is if Mr.P gets lynched turns out to be mafia and the game doesnt end. I get killed tonight turn up town. Who are you guys going to go after tomorrow?. It just leaves you and Xanter and Spurge?. I just want to make sure that if im dead you guys know what i was thinking and who my suspects where and why. Mr.P clearly is new and gave up the jig, but in doing his fishing for his other member he gave up spurge too!, and thats why he said sorry to spurge in his last comment imo!. |

So, I'm not sure about xander. His comments thus far show heavy disinterest in the game. His posts are short and generally superficial, and he doesn't seem to be actively taking a stance to defend himself...in fact, he acknowledges it. I'm reading either a bored townie who isn't trying, or a scum who thinks the less he does and says, the better.
But again, today he said (paraphrasing) that lynching someone yesterday (zero), even without suspicion in a chance to get the mafia or end the game faster, was better than lynching nobody, yet he didn't vote for me.
The small shreds of evidence here are pointing toward townie, though I'm unsure as to why he didn't vote for me, when he believed a lynch was better than not lynching. Was it because zero posted more?
However, my vote today is going to be for Mr P.

Mr. P is definitely scum, and I'm afraid that this will indeed prove multiple enemy factions.
This post really bothered me:

That second part came off as nonsense to me until recently. MrP says that he believes there are multiple enemy factions. He is the first one to say this but why?
The quote above shows that he has known about this since day 1.

On its own, the statement is unremarkable. It's like, no shit, sherlock.
But now that we know he believes there are three factions, why did he leave me out of that one?
It's because he's that faction, and I also believe it's a recruiting faction.
My hypothesis is this.
Mr. P is some kind of cultist. He has the option to kill or recruit. He decided to recruit last night, and knows that the mod would've sent his cult-follower a message that they've been recruited to the cult. Generally in games like this, followers are not allowed to discuss at night until the next night, and sometimes not ever.
The comments about looking for someone of the same alignment just further confirms this into an insta-vote.

After looking back over the thread, I think you're right about spurge. Of the only other player (xander), he is the only one who hasn't really gone after mrP, but now that it looks like mrP is in a hole, he's not only following the train, he's actually complimenting you "good job, zero, you got him!" which gives me the impression that he's turning on his master in order to distance himself from any followup suspicion. Zero was already on the hunt for clansmen when spurge decided to start questioning mrP. But earlier in the day, spurge didn't really have any input, other than asking zero if he suspected prof.
I'm a really bad player if I totally managed to make you guys think I'm scum even though I'm vanilla town. I'm a goner so I'll reevaluate my tactics for the next game so see you guys.
Also prof Xander hasn't really gone after me either but then again I guess you like those guys who don't question things and let you cruise to victory. Enjoy the easy win ( I suggest we kill off zero though, makes it easier for you to win- he probably thinks we're forming an alliance ;) )
Also for convenience purposes here's spurge comment which I then referred to as a short E-mail when communicating with him:
"Without giving too much away from my email, but is everyone else's email kind of blank of a lot of info?"

You can vote for prof though I'll just change my vote. One of them is bound to be a mafia/killer though.
