I think it comes to show how strong of an influence COD can have. While UC4 sold fantastically, the COD franchise is undeniably much stronger. If Sony not only bundles COD: IW, but also Modern Warfare Remastered with the slim, that bundle will sell gangbusters.

Cod is much more popular in the USA. Is like Uncharted vs Fifa in the Europe.

Sony didn't release the Slim to get people to slim down, they released it because it't cheaper to produce.
