Haven't had any sort of problem getting onto the eShop, though I reckon that they have different servers for each region, so I can only speak for Europe

I didn´t have any problems with Eshop or Miiverse recently, although lately Splatoon seems to disconnect during ranked battles more than it used to.

I´m in Brazil so I´m using North American servers (I suppose)
