So kingsglaive is out globally today, (yesterday is the uk) Are you planning to watch it or have you already watched it.

I watched it last night and I really enjoyed it, the cgi is easily the most impressive I've seen and I generally enjoyed the movie as a whole. It's definitely catered for people that are planning on playing the game though as I think people that arnt will wonder what the hell is going on, an example is how they keep mentioning Prince noctis but you never actually see him. Obviously only people planning on playing the game will understand who he is and get to see his side of the story. But yes I did enjoy the movie and I would watch it again.

I will watch it before I get the game (provided the reviews of the game don't suck). I want to be able to remember everything that happens in the movie so I can get right into it.

Noctis does appear in the movie; right at the beginning (12 first minutes). They do say he is the prince and all that.

Yeah, I watched it and I loved it. Great movie if you enjoy heroes, epic scenes and/or if you plan on playing the game. I think it gives quite a lot of context.

It totally got me more hyped for the game.

Yeah I didn't really count that because it was so brief. To be fair if you leave the credits he also comes on at the end of them with his threes mates.
