As most of us know, it is possible to have some beautiful graphics in Racing games due to the limited number of things going on and the linear nature of tracks.

GT5P certainly has good graphics, and I was simply wondering if it really is a demo, a stripped down version of the real game, or if there is going to be a major graphical improvement for the actual GT5 title?

A second question is this.  Does anyone believe that GT6 will hit the PS3 rather than the PS4? 

GT5 probably won't improve too much... (The graphics are awesome as they are now!)
GT6 on Ps3... yes, towards the end of it's life cycle.

they could just keep updating gt5 through the psn. gt5.5 lol

My guess is when GT5 comes out, it will look about the same as GT5P, but GT5P will look better then it does today with PSN updates.

Wait. You think GT5P will get GRAPHICAL updates through the PSN? Or just additional content?

Possibly both. It sounds like damage will probably come to Prolog before GT5 comes out, so in a way, that's a graphical update.

Japan just got new tracks. If the new tracks that come out look "better" then the tracks out today, then that's kind of a graphical update. 

Honestly though, what would you do you improve it graphical, other then damage?

Its the same code, they wont update it in any significant way till GT6 and yes its coming on PS3.

I think there will not be a lot of enhancments in the visuals, but I do think they will add in damage, day to night, weather, and other natural effects.

theyll just add in dmg. graphics will look a Lil better on gt5

also gt6 will be released on ps3. GT1 and GT2 on ps1, GT3 GT4 on ps2, GT5 GT6 on ps3. keep up the pattern orw/e u call it.
