Hi, I would like to inform everybody that the european PSN Store version of Gran Turismo 5 has some serious issues about the terms of service\user agrement.

First of all, for playing you need to have your PSN Account connected to the network like Warhawk, yes, it means you can't play it offline.

In other news the game can't be shared between different accounts, the license it's linked only to the PSN user that bought the game.

BUT unlike Warhawk, when you buy the game those things dosen't appear in the terms of service\user agreement part of the page, as you can see in this picture I took: http://img88.imageshack.us/img88/4878/dscf0754lq6.jpg

so... paying for a game then letting A FRIEND use YOUR personal account to DL the game YOU paid for on HIS system is legal....

This is great news, devs actually getting paid for their work. I absolutly hate pirating. These people have a job and they should get paid just like you do.

no but its the company's right to stop people like you. if they choose to only allow one dl then good for them

but its also sonys fault for allowing "people like me" to copy games. infact when i buy a new psp i will download games illegally.

im not forking out 70 bucks on a game. and many other people think the same way.
