lol thank you for clearing that up. but back to the point of the thread... publishers understanding wii potential...

Ha, no problem. What most Europeons don't realize is that their oldest Football clubs are in fact... Rugby clubs.

In a way Soccer stole the name from American Football... or at the least... Rugby.

okay now you're just twisting things. you stole football from us! whether it be actual football or rugby it was still from us! *bangs fist against table*

*ahem* why is there an arguement about this again?

Football is just a form of Rugby though with different rules.  It evolved from Rugby clubs in American college.

But yeah.  The wii does have a lot of interesting uses to change gameplay even in conventional games.

No More Heroes did a good job in that... taking the hack N slash genre and adding in more user involvement.

I think I will pickup this game. They should have called it:

Pro Evo Football, not American Football, but European Football stolen from European Rugby.

Might be to long of a name, but I like it!

Or just call it Pro Evolution Association Football.  Which is the full name of Soccer in europe.

So American football stole de word from europe football, but europe football stole the word from rugby football? Nice

But the "soccer" actually plays 90% off the time with the feet.
