Regarding sharing of the new maps : I read that if I share WH the other person cannot play at the same time as I am due to it being tied to my account. Since the boosters paks are not retail can I assume they can be shared successfully if the other person buys WH?

I am probably sharing my entire PSN catalog with 2 of my buddies who just bought a PS3, which means I will likely hold onto my final 2 downloads in case of system emergencies / new HD etc.

Anybody got the new pack yet? I'm thinking about getting it.

looks like I should've read a bit more, people here do have it. Question, Do the rocket packs appear on all stages or just the new one (ala the dropship, really wish that was available on all levels)?

I've seen it on all of them at times, and not on them at times.....but yes, it can be used as a setting (I guess) for all maps. (unless someone knows otherwise).

I've jetpacked on Destroyed Capitol and Achipelago so far.   Funniest thing I saw yet where people using jet packs to cross the water in Archipelago...I got a rocket launcher, and let em have it.....they couldnt do anything but get hit or crash into the ocean

A few things:
You can give a map and each play that map at the same time. Trust me.

When you launch a server, you have the option of allowing jetpacks on any map, of course that means no one without that map pack will be able to join.

A new HDD does not take away one of your 5 slots. Where I lost mine was when I received a refurb unit when my original 60GB broke down.

Unrelated but still pissing me off, for some reason each of my electronic thermostats are telling my electric heaters to heat my basement despite being summer. How is that saving me money? How could they all be malfunctioning at once?

sweet. Dling the expansion now. Anybody tried the new map yet? I hope this expansion gets people to DL them. I almost never get to play on Omega or the frozen map. If I filter my search to find servers that use them, they seem sparce and even more sparcely populated. Hopefully with the price cut, the cheap expansion bundle, and the rocket packs on all stages I'll start to see more people making use of the expansions.

Yes, many of us have tried the maps. I really like the map. Still unsure about the jetpacks (as targets), though not that I am armed with Ameratsu's experience (I've consumed his soul. ;) ) maybe I'll fare better against them when in a tank.

Not as many confirmations as usual dogs, although there is still time. Did anyone you wall posted to get in touch.

As for jetpacks I grab one at every opportunity. Even if not using it all the time the boost evade feature is very handy when groundfighting.

I only wallposted to Iclim who responded "ok thanks" and Chapset who said he was planning to come. Who else was I supposed to ask?

Now obviously if my internet isn't fixed, I won't be hosting. I won't even be able to say weather or not I have internet back. I'll post as soon as I have a stable home connection.
