Yeah they sell them together at a discount. Currently both maps cost £5 where I'm from.

after hearing about these rocket packs i definitely believe motorcycles will be next in a mid-09 booster pack

The chocobos are coming shortly after the version 1.6 update which hits in december.

They will be part of the booster pack entitled scrambled eggs.

I think I read it somewhere, but I could be wrong.

They said you will only need the base game to get the platinum trophy. The trophies from Omega Dawn, etc are just bonus.
