Forums - Gaming - What's the best Megaman song?

Just listen to this masterpiece. The Zero series is so full of amazing tracks, but this one really is special.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

As much as I love the 8 bit soundtracks, coupled with the fact that they're going to get overcovered here I went with these:

Megaman has a ton of great music, I could just go on and on.

OH YES! You're my kinda guy (or gal). Man so many tracks to pick from.....i can't possibly do it.

I will however post this:

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

I have 1-6 on carts and I can't honestly tell you which song I like the most. All of the games music is pretty great and for me, sort of blends into one mass of awesome.

I recently been on a Megaman frenzy. I bought Megaman 1-7 and Megaman X on the Wii U eshop. Absolutely fantastic series and more you get into , the more fun it gets. The music is one of franchises strongest points and it has plenty of awsome songs. So what is your favourite Megaman song/soundtrack from any Megaman game. May it be one of the main series, or the spin-off series.

My favourite track has to be none other than Dr.Wily Stage 1&2 from Mega man 2. It's iconic and the structure of the song itself is very good and unique. Other awsome songs are Airman Stage, woodmag stage, and megaman 3 title screen.

I have the Xbox one collection, I think it has the 6 first games, I finished the first one, using the NES glitches. Man, those games are not designd for a 34 years old man to play, I just do not have the reflexes anymore, can´t get far in 2 and 3 at all.

But yes, amazing games, Capcom was the best back in the day.

I'm 36, have all the games physically for my NES and can beat any of them on any given day so trust me, your reflexes are fine lol. If anything is holding you back it's not the lack of reflexes but the lack of drive to die over and over and over again until you beat the levels which is something that gets much harder as you get older.

I suggest canceling all appoinments, social gathers... take a day off work... and just sit down from morning until night and say to yourself "I'm beating this fucking game come hell or high water". Dedicate yourself to it and accept the learning process of getting better. Accept that you're gonna suck. Accept that you're gonna die, tons. Accept that you're gonna get pissed and probably rage. But stick with it and tell yourself that no matter what, you're going to overcome it and you're GOING to get better.

If you did that, you'd see that your totally capable of beating Megaman 2... or any of them. I promise.

Rest assured, I'm a guy I'm so lucky to have been born around a time where Megaman Anniverssary Collection, Megaman X Collection, and Megaman and Base came out. I was really a Gamecube/PS2 kid. I could just keep posting and posting, that's how good the music is.

The Tupac version fits so well! LOL! The games have always had sick beats I guess. XD
