Holy fuck that is expensive....

on an unrelate note, is Mass Effects 2's gameplay any good? ME1 is unplayable for me. the story started out really interesting, but the gameplay was just horrid. 

This is normal and not a mistake :)

It happens generally when something you bought before is no more available on the Microsoft stores.
It happens with games/DLC but mainly with films and TV too.

Will not get the exact numbers but I buy so much things from the Microsoft store that I get refund on regular basis (Account Balance transaction). It is always a nice surprise tho :)

So yah, spend it, they will not take it back.

Mass Effect 2 gameplay is far better. Feels similar to Gears of War. Though Mass Effect 3 has the best gameplay of the three.

yeah i bought all 3 Mass Effect games for 5$ on a PSN sale, downloaded ME1 and its gameplay was shit, literally unplayable. but the story seems really cool. also a lot of people just love the franchise and i wanna see what all the fuss is about. after ME1 sucked so much balls, i was putt off on the game. but with mass effect andromeda coming, and if that leak is true about all the features in the game, i want to get into the series. 

Trust me, its worth it. Also did you finish Mass Effect? As much as the gameplay sucks, try pushing yourself into it. I hated it when I first played it, but eventually grew to love it. The story alone makes it a worthy game of playing.

didnt go past the first level. it was just way too bad. 

ill look at videos on the internet to understand its story, its a shame that its gameplay is so outdated. as the story was really interesting, even when i first started i was just really getting into it.

In this economy? I haven't bought a new game in months, trying to cut back as much as possible.
