Ninja Gaiden.

Devil May Cry's gameplay isn't as good.

I would recommend getting NGS now that way you can play it and see if you like it enough to pick up NG2 this summer. They had a sale at Target the other day for 30 bucks...too bad they were sold out, I would've snatched one up.

Agree. Ninja Gaiden is much better.

Ninja Gaiden. I am considering purchasing a 360 when NG 2 arrives to these shores. I enjoy DMC too, but NG is more rewarding as a gaming experience.

I was enojoying DMC series, but i prefer Ninja Gaiden and NGII is going to kill.

I don't prefer either. I don't like these types of games where you just mash the buttons and kill hundreds of people

I'm not sure what games you've been playing. Mashing buttons will get you nowhere in either game, especially in the Ninja Gaiden. Just try to mash your way through even the first stage.

And you mostly kill Demons in both ;P

DMC4...
I honestly wasn't impressed with Ninja Gaiden Sigma when I finished it because of one reason--the story.
Graphics, gameplay, difficulty, etc. were all above normal, but it was honestly one of the lamest, weakest, stories I've seen in a modern video game.

I can't really say which I prefer as DMC4 is my first DMC game and I haven't played Ninja Gaiden (unless you count the NES versions ;-p). I am enjoying DMC4 and I hope NG will be just as good as I am planning on picking up Ninja Gaiden 2 when it's released. :)
