The Wii will eventually pass the PSP, but psp is gaining momentum everywhere right now with releases of Patapon , God of War and possible even bigger than GoW, FFVII: Crisis Core.
Atleast %40 of psp users have CFW (*custom firmware) which allows them to play downloaded games for free, this impacts heavily on software sales.
it will pass PSP, it could pass the GB and GBC when there counted separately, not sure about it passing the DS though
