It is God of War for me. The incredible gamplay, soundtrack, graphics, script, voice acting and artistic brilliance are my reasons for that. Its also my favourite video game franchise.

Persona isn't an exclusive franchise if its on other consoles.

This is tough because Sony's franchises are so inconsistent.

If Ico/Shadow of the Colossus counts as a spiritual series, I might pick that.

Wipeout is ineligible as it's been on Sega and Nintendo systems.

Ratchet & Clank is up there too, and I haven't even played all of the games. God of War, too. Basically a bunch of stuff that started on PS2 is up there - that was the golden age of Sony first-party software.
