It looks like YW3 is about to see a pretty big decease on YW2 sales wise.  Nintendo have just successfully launched Pokemon Go and are raking in the cash on mobile.  

In Japan handhelds are still big but mobile is massive.  It's the future.  

Surely level 5 will want to release Yokai Watch on mobile and try and replicate pokemon go's success on mobile.  

Thoughts for or against? 

Why do people keep telling this? Do you have data that backs that? Because I think that YW 3 is going to have a higher debut than YW2 :P

Also, Yokai Watch is already on mobile phones :P

What kind of game is the mobile game?  

I'm talking more a Yokai Watch Go game and a proper YW game with gameplay on mobile too. 

I have a Windows phone so I don´t know how it is :P

Was it successful and what kind of game was it? 

Right now YW main audience is only in Japan. Making something like Pokemon Go just in Japan would make sense. Especially how hungry L5 is!

Right on que. they'll probably announce a number of spin-offs for next year too.

If it ever turns into simultaneous releases across mobile and handheld then it could be a moderate blow for Nintendo.
