Hey can someone with OR/AS help me out? I'd like my Togekiss to learn Tailwind but he can only get it via move tutor. I'll make it worth your while with legendarys or rare items!

You need a heartscale for move tutors right?

I think they're just for remembering moves, but I don't know what the move tutors in OR/AS require.

I was about to start playing ORAS to recieve my Shaymin so if you want I can help, I don't know how many BP I have but I should manage to get them quickly anyway...
