But wasn't he right about the Wii U even before it was released? Or when we didn't even know the specs?

It's not that he automatically makes sense because he's saying good stuff about Nintendo.  It's just refreshing to hear him be positive on the company for once.  But it's also a little worrying...

In all seriousness though, how can you have a good feeling about something you know next to nothing about? lol.

I never pay attention to what Pachther saying, but I need to admit that I agree with his estimates of potential NX sales, I also expecting NX sales in range of 20-50m.

All the Pachter jokes aside, this actually makes sense. I like his shows (pach attack, Pachter factor) and I understand why he doesn't get Nintendo. They're a hard company to predict. But this analyzis is sound.

Hes actually a huge Nintendo fan.

He is very often overly positive about nintendo, even when he probably shouldnt be.

He sees things from the perspective of "profits" makeing, more than as a gameing fan though.

No it doesnt. He doesnt know anything about the NX. Its just blind speculation no better than what members here on vgcharts could do.

Until someone actually knows what the system will be like, what it can do, what it ll cost.... its not "makeing sense" to make predictions about it, or sound analyzing.

I think he might have a point... now.
Wii U really ended up being something between generations, but NX could actually put up a fight to NEO and XB S and who knows, in 2 or 3 years we will see a NX 2.0 to fight the new consoles from Sony and MS.

so now the failure of nx is confirmed...
