I just finished it. Loved every single second of the story. Great stuff!

But..

I didnt particularly enjoy the gameplay, I just wanted to go on to next cutscene to see what happend next. I would probably enjoy a movie of the game much more. I know this is probably blasphemy around here.. but did anyone else feel the same? or am I alone in all of this?

Well if that's the case why not just go on YouTube and watch the cuts cents. The game play us stiff though, I agree. One of the reasons I don't go back to play it. It definitely isn't a ten in my book but more like a solid 8.

Well.. I am not a fan of watching other play games, I want to sit in my sofa when the kids are asleep and do my thing =) Also, feels good to say you have completed one of the most heralded games of all times and I need to fill my list of completed games. I have promised myself I need to finish 12 games this year.. I am terribly bad at finishing games, not enough time especially since I usually play games that takes a ton of time :<

The gameplay was really visceral. Every bullet felt like it counted. Also the satisfaction of killing a clicker with a shiv, or bricking them in the face was spot on. The fact that the humans were a greater threat felt realistic too.

I though combat was good, graphics good, storyline very well presented, but the whole game was a little I dunno like too similar to other titles. Nothing groundbreaking or genre defining. Very good game for what it was a third person shootet

I felt it was the perfect blend of tense, conserving gameplay with beautiful storytelling. The quieter moments are more cinematic and serve to punctuate and let you breathe in between gameplay segments where you're fearing every second and even if you win you have to wonder "did I use too much?"

Funnily enough, the gameplay was the part I enjoyed!

You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt!  I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading.  After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!

I liked the gameplay. I finished the game for about the third time recently, and I find myself with more focus on the gameplay everytime, probably because I already know the story. It's not as in-depth as originally promised, but it really wasn't bad.

Can't wait for The Zelder Scrolls 3: Breath of The Wild Hunt!
