No need for huge explanations, just a basic one.

Mine would be (for UK) to increase the speed limit on Motorways (or expand all motorways to a width of 4 and have 2 fast(er) lanes)

Mandatory intelligence test before taking any government position. High score required.

The Patriot Act. The whole fuckin' thing.

Higher speed limit on the 400 series highways (this is Ontario)

Much tougher fuel standards (effectively criminalizing many large SUV's)

Legalization and thorough regulation of marijuana.

I would pass a law that states that I am above the law. Only that would mean that law wouldn't apply to me because I would be above the law. But then I would be under the law again, and that law would make me above the law again. Or would I? Okay, I'm confused.

What about law of gravity ??

1. Make weed legal... no whait... madatory.

2. Have people make a licence before they can have children. (I´m serious about this one)

3. Every first friday in a month is funny hat day. (this one too)

4. Instead of jail people just get frozen. (let the future deal with it)

5. Kill all lawyers, all legal matters are settled in the thunderdome. (two go in, one comes out...sometimes none)

6. Instead of bombs throw kittens on the enemy... nobody can resist kittens.

7. A golden statue of me in every house... with lazers shooting out its eyes when you do something wrong.

I would make it mandatory to speak English in public for all British citizens. So many people in Britain can't speak English anymore it's unreal.
