This is how I feel when I'm falling in rank because of getting consecutive games with people that either a) leave, or b) are more useless than Tom Bombadil, then leave. How do you feel?

Yes

Not like in Overwatch. In my last 5 competitive matches there were whole teams quitting in all of them. It's especially annoying when the other team just quites after the first or second round. Come on, just because you lost the first round, it's not reason to rage quite. Blizzard should implement worse punishiments for quitters than the system they have now.

Sorry my early 2000's wow/guild wars MMO terms are coming out. Pugs means pick up group, which means little planning with just random people. It's actually an old term.

Yea it sucks. I don't like how the skill rating doesn't reflect your skill but rather random luck of the team. The amount of wins it takes to rank up vs the amount of losses to rank down is also stupid.

Why didn't you just post this in the overwatch discussion thread. I don't play cooperative mode anymore. This is one reason. A lot of times the team is just falling apart. One match I was fighting a team that only 2 people stayed. Everyone else quit.

Given his incredible resistance to the one ring I think Tom is possibly Eru or a being close to that level who views the other races and their issues like we would insects.
