I don't really like it much. It's not a turn-based option, but rather, a disruptive mechanic that aids those who can't handle the real-time action.

I wont use it but possibly a good feature for new comers.

It "feels" more like final fantasty with that mode on.

Looks more like a help mode than a layer of strategic depth.
