There is no Sony JRPG, especially not on "FF level". Shu discredited the rumor himself, usually he keeps silent or teases about things like that if there is some truth to it.

Not surprising tho, Verendus the source of this rumor is full of BS and people like you who don't know better have been fooled by his lies for how long, 3-4 years by now?

And yeah if nothing happens it's easy afterwards to claim "plans change, it didn't pan out, but I swear it was true!". I can say Nintendo is making a Zekda x F-Zero crossover today and return in 2019 to say they cancelled the project.

Maybe it's only bs, but that we haven't heard something till now, could also mean that a game like this means much work, if we think horizon 3 years in development before it was announced, so i think there is still the chance we could see it this year

Horizon was 4.5 years in development when announced.
Verendus said that JRPG was still in the planning phase, back in 2013, by the way, he did said to expect it much later.
3 years was what I had in mind, tho...

So it could be revealed this year, sony is for sure trying everything to show at tgs a first trailer, because they must always give people a reason why to purchase a ps4. But if they do it, i only hope that it isn't to far away from release, because more than a year would be a bad...

Give me a remake of Legend of Dragoon or Legend of Legaia Or a reboot of either of those two to start it off before making the next one.

Or give me a remake of Saga Frontier 1 and/or 2 or a reboot of either and I will but it lol.
