ah so that's why the god of war trailer has 1.5 million views more than the zelda trailer? Interesting^^

Sure thing, buddy.

Dude, an entire fanbase only had one game to talk about.

But anyway i'm not trying to derail the thread and I probably look like a Nintendo fanboy right now so i'll just leave it at that.

Yeah, right. Keep telling that to yourself.

OT: Sony should have had a slightly longer show with trailers of at least Persona 4, Nier Automata and GT Sport. How they thought it'd be a good idea not to show a much improved trailer of GT Sport is truly beyond me.

Hey bro, i'm just calling a spade a spade.

This thread isn't just about what games Sony didn't show at E3, he specifically mentioned how even without showing all of them and Microsoft showing everything that Microsoft stood no chance. So I felt it should be mentioned that if he's going to compare and talk about how Sony destroyed Microsoft without even showing all their games, then that Zelda Breath of the Wild dominated social media around E3 and it was basically Nintendo's only game there aside from a few others.

Also before you responded I had edited my post from "destroy all of them" to "dominate E3", because I don't believe any game destroyed any other so I fixed that, but there are info showing that Zelda was the most talked about game at E3 2016, so it's not necessarily me believing it more like just talking facts.

Yes, and there are other sources that show that God of War and two other games (not including Zelda) were the most talked about games of E3. Seems like people like to ignore sources that don't make their favourite companies look like they "won" or "destroyed" anything. And let's not forget Wonderbook being the most talked about (or one of the most talked about) game(s) of E3 2012.

It's quite arrogant to think that a single game can trump a variety of quality games. It's like saying The Last of Us destroyed the entire Wiiu catalogue. Not everyone likes cartoony/cell-shaded graphics, not everyone likes the genre or the gameplay.

Most gamers are into realistic looking games and other than the Ninty fans who are into Ninty games, cartoony looking games have an incredibly hard time selling.

Zelda didn't dominate E3. Not by a long shot.

God of War has +10,000,000 accumulated views on youtube
The new Zeruda has +7,000,000

Sales wise GoW is probably gonna outsell Zeruda 2:1

Zeruda has the art style but damn does the graphics look dated, cearly shackled by Wii U hardware. They should've dropped it and made it a full NX game.(I say it as a Wii U owner)

@ Bolded: If you're trying to insinuate that that's what I did,  that's not what I was trying to do. While i'll admit that the post I made does make me look like a Nintendo fanboy, i'm not a fanboy of any company I enjoy all of them. I was just pointing that out since it seemed like the OP was trying to take a cheap shot at Microsoft by saying even with them showing everything they had no chance and got destroyed, so I mentioned that as well if he wants to go there.

Plus I agree with you anyway, i'm not saying that Zelda looked like the better game than the rest of them since they are all different genre's and such. In fact imo I think God of War 4 looked the most amazing out of them all, and on the dominate E3 thing i'm not gonna argue with you on that since I don't think you're going to change your stance no matter how much info is thrown at you.

Ok, thanks for clarifying it.

As a Sony fanboy, I was roughly 1000 times more excited for Zelda than I was God of War.

Here is the complete list of the games that missed Sony's 2016 conference:

Bound (This How Santa Monica's Ballet Game is called)
Boundless
Dragon Quest Builders (US Release)
Dragon Quest Heroes 2
Drawn to Death
Dreams
Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Froce
God Eater 2: Rage Burst
God Eater Resurrection
Gran Turismo Sport
Gravity Rush 2
Hellblade
I Am Setsuna
King of Fighters 14
Kingdom Hearts 2.8
Let it Die
Matterfall
Nier Automata
Nioh
No Man's Sky
Paragon
Persona 5 (Japanesse Import)
Rise of the Tomb Raider
Star Ocean 5
Sword Art Onine Hollow Realization
The Tomorrow Children
What Remains of Edith Finch
WiLD
World of Final Fantasy
Yakuza 0

30 games to be more precise. Sony could have had easily the longest E3 in the history of the event.

By the way, even if they decided to push half of these titles into 2017, The PS4 will still have 3 times more games yet to be released in 2016 than the XB1 and the WiiU together.

Sick.

Compare past Zelda sales to God of War, please. End of story.
