Ahem, breath of the WILD.

Technology would be weird. What, there's now going to be time traveling in the game?

Then again, im not sure what the change will be. All I know is that it'll be good

I actually think time travel is very possible in this as the whole game centers around the mystery of what happened, and you start right next to the temple of time (that appears to have been destroyed by guardians).

I'm not sure time travel needs to change the landscape that substantially though. Really, with how protective nintendo is being about all hints surrounding the narrative, I wouldn't be surprised if this story is quite unique among Zelda games.

Though pretty sure the lore involves those frozen spider robot things to have been an army attacking the land or something.

I don't think so... they seem to be powered by Sheikah tech and they are also named "guardians" because they guard Sheikah Shrines. So I think they act more like "bodyguards" to prevent evil being from profaning the shrines (and as a test for heroes who are worthy).

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

I dont want a twist in gameplay/area. Only in story. Let the freaking overworld alone ;-;

Oh, Link is a robot/clone. He was made by the Sheikah. Zelda made him/owns him.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

Time travel twist via the towers acting as makeshift timeshift stones(activate a tower it generates a field to 100 years pastwithin a certain area of that map). Or masks.
