Overclock existing hardware? Yes, they can. Add more to the Neo? Probably too late if Dev kits are out.

They lost marketshare because the X1 was released late in multiple territories, was much more expensive and because the PS4 didn't have the problems that the PS3 had at launch. They would have been better off releasing a console sooner and at a lower price point. Oh well, it seems that MS never learns.

Since when you need to be the most powerful console to deliver the "Compelling Experience" to the public ?, you just need Software and Microsoft is releasing all their games on PC. It will only damage the Xbox One's S's Scorpio's sales.
