I'd be very surprised if the WiiU version wasn't 720p/30fps, maybe with a degree of variability too, but nothing particularly noticeable. As for the NX, if it's in line with or stronger than the PS4, i'd expect it to be 1080p/60fps (assuming Nintendo are willing to put the effort in; they might settle on 1080p/30fps regardless of power, to speed up the porting process). If it's weaker than the PS4, it still being 30fps seems almost certain.

If Nintendo are lazy and hate us, 720p/30fps on both :p
