Well, that depends on the person, really. But there's people that already played the game seven years ago, and I'm fairly sure some have kept enjoying it even today. Seven years of enjoyement is more than enough reason to get new games, instead of waiting such absurd amount to get a definitive edition. :P

Well now you can take the 360 version off your backlog.

Personally, happy to hear this. Its an excuse to play it again. Now all we need is a remaster of Halo Reach which seems inevitable.
