Also all this talk about splitting userbase, the dude went trough great lengths to asure ppl all games will be compactible with current PS4 model and the Neo, it obviously won't split the userbase...

How can you question my suggestion when rumors haven't been squashed and everything we've known so far have been rumors? Where's the validity in your info when Neo hasn't even launched yet? Or better, we don't even know what stage of development the hardware is at now.

All PS4 games will run on Neo. Some old games will be patched and some games already in development will be patched but not all of them will be patched to take advantage of the Neo. Going forward, ALL games will eventually have both modes. It's God Damn easy to understand.

Hopefully House or someone at Sony clarifies his statement. It really sounds like he's throwing a "just in case" qualifier in there.

“All games will support the standard PS4 and we anticipate all or a very large majority of games will also support the high-end PS4.”

I doubt he would say "all" if that wasn't what they think will happen. It certainly doesn't sound like the "split userbase" some people are trying to push.

Quite obvious that all PS4 game can run on the Neo, but not all of them will take advantage of the additional power. The games that lack the Neo 'patch' will still run on the Neo, but performance will be exactly the same.

Except gribble's words are logical and common sense... it's obvious the neo will run old ps4 games. But hey if you want to do a perma-ban bet be my guest.

It's like someone saying that the neo will be solar powered and another saying it'll be powered by plug as usual, both speculation but it's Blindingly obvious which is going to be true.

If you're going to in any may pervert the meaning of this sentence then the only possible way would be to suggest not all games will run on the Neo, which is frankly stupid.

I can question your suggestion because I have a right to state what is obvious as what you are presenting is invalid and untrue.

It is invalid and untrue.  I don't have to accept what you saying when it is obviously a contrived distorted out of context snipit.

Based on what? Are rumors on internet facts now? 

Not even Sony has come out to clarify stuff that's been speculated for months now.

Even A.House interview leaves a lot of room for speculations about anything. Come back to talk about common sense when we have hard evidence of the hardware and software specs.

And sorry on your perma bet. I don't gamble, trying to quit.
