Hopefully House or someone at Sony clarifies his statement. It really sounds like he's throwing a "just in case" qualifier in there.
“All games will support the standard PS4 and we anticipate all or a very large majority of games will also support the high-end PS4.”
I doubt he would say "all" if that wasn't what they think will happen. It certainly doesn't sound like the "split userbase" some people are trying to push.
