For the record, I've never had any issue with them censoring that look in Japanese games where it's essentially childrens' bodies with adult attributes pasted on, as clearly that wouldn't fly with a lot of potential consumers here. This, though? No one would notice this.

They can do what they want to the box art. They just need to keep the games the same as the Japanese one.

Can I ask why? Since this was the reason given by an official source and makes the most sense given the circumstances. If they didn't, half of Morgana's face would have been covered by the ESRB logo, and her head didnt need to be moved up that much to cover any cleavage if that was the intent

We just need other footage or Pictures of the game to see if it got censored.

Actually, all it seems to be was to have that cat character in a better position. He's too close to the left edge of the Japanese cover, and the ratings symbol would have covered too much of him on the NA cover if they had left him as is on the Japanese cover. Sometimes the ones who cry foul over censorship as just as bad as the ones censoring.
