I really don't doubt a PS3 release in the West but I ain't gonna use a cover and and PR mouthpiece as evidence of anything. 

If that isn't enough evidence to prove something is going to happen, I dunno what else to tell ya then, haha.

Evidence would be having media of the PS3 version to view. Not some cover that is just the PS3 logo replacing a PS4 logo, and the word of a company who originally said this game would launch in the US in this year.
