Maybe Nintendo can still sell it. Why not. When you press on a YoYo icon on NX' second screen, then the main character whips out his smartphone and does the same. That's emersion too i quess.

I'd like a 3D DK game

Last I heard they heavily desired a new IP. That probably kills this idea outright. A new Startropics would be pretty cool though, it's a series I've only found out about recently and I think it deserves an Uprising to its Kid Icarus (except with a game that plays similarly to the original).

I'd rather have an Ice Climbers reboot. Never played Star Tropics, and I don't think a lot of people even know it exists. If I had to guess which franchise has a bigger choice for a reboot or a revival, I'd look at how important is the character in Smash.

Ness is in Smash, I guess.
