Am I the only one who remembers hearing about Monolith working on a 3DS game???
This was years ago, possibly 2011...
At first I thought maybe this was it...
Have a nice day...

Boxboy 2 was scheduled to appear in the treehouse?
My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

The first Box Boy is fun, but I feel like they could be using this time better...
Have a nice day...

Wouldn't such a statement most likely refer to their work on the Project X Zone games?

The game is created by the director who contributed to Final Fantasy I, II, III, and IX, along with the Mana series.
Edit: I think I got the credential wrong..
Dear God, again with the STUPID TOADS! Nintendo won't learn, RIP Mario Party forever. This tells me they haven't listened on Color Splash either.

The article I remember reading featured concept art that, while not revealing, definitely wasn't from Project X Zone...
Perhaps they scrapped the game to move on to XCX...
Have a nice day...
Oh so ally characters can be played if you're able to recruit them in the Toad Scramble mode. Interesting take.

Atleast the gameplay looks better, no car and you can move wherever, but that board looks bland and minigames seem scarce still.
Huh, I mean I would prefer it on consoles BUT there's no car mechanic here and some interesting tweaks to the traditional formula. I'm down with it.
