Ogre Battle 64 is my favorite RPG.
I own the N64 and the GBA versions.
The N64's wins hands down.
I loved the battle sistem and the history.
I will never sell this piece of art.
I don't even borrow it.
I say we start writing letters and petitions to get it on the VC.

I've tried some of the Romance games before, never could quite get into them. I'm not exactly sure why, they just didn't hold my interest. It may have something to do with the fact that I know nothing about Chinese history (and I'm a history Ph.D. student! but my focus is on Europe) and everyone's name sounds the same.

rented this a long time ago, and bought it about 4 years ago, one of the best games on the 64.

Just go hunt down a copy on Ebay if you want it that bad. It is worth it. Unfortunately, this game is usually $50 or so used, but that shouldn't deter someone who really wants to play the game. I paid $90 for Suikoden II and I had already played through the game before. Luckily I got Tactics: Ogre and Valkyrie Profile for $35 a piece, quite a steal.
