I don't think it's bad, I just find it hard understanding how a conscious ceases to exist. In the POV of the conscious that has ceased to exist that is.
Before I die I'll upload my brain into a computer (it'll possible) and then shut down my body so i can continue with my live, now virtually, then at some point I'll be bored and will just finish the process.

Meh...my theory is:
You die- you see black picture for some time (probably only few Miliseconds, or just blink of an eye)- you are born again as someone else and you are not aware of that (that you've died and born again) unless they'll tranplant your brain into your new body.....
I simply do not believe that you'll eternally see black picture after death. When I'm sleeping and having no dreams in particular night, I bassicly "warp" thru time. Once I simply closed my eyes at night, and approx 15 sec later (for me) I opened them only to see it was already the morning.
some poor kid gets my liver and lungs
We'll never know until our time comes.
