I am one of those people who always has a few dead (or stuck) pixels when buying any kind of LCD. My laptop, my LCD tv, my LCD monitor, I guess I am really out of luck pixel-wise.

Fortunately, Nintendo support is great. I went to EBgames today and they gave me a new DS without any hassle. I just went in, told them that the pixel was dead (actually it was 1 dead pixel and one stuck to green), showed the dead pixel and got my new DS lite. Wow.

I know that normally companies allow 1 erroneous pixel per million parts, and the DS lite doesnt even have 1 million pixels, but the guy told me you would need to have like 6 pixels in a PSP to be able to return it. And my friend's has 4 .

I think that this support is perfect for me. I would probably be enough to bankrupt a company though, I somehow always manage to get a dead pixel.
